Grounded in proven alignment principles, this practice is designed for safety, depth, and longevity — something you will want to do for decades, not something you push through for a season.

Julie teaches from the understanding that the body is intelligent and deserving of care, precision, and respect. Classes and private work are grounded in sound alignment principles, breath awareness, and somatic intelligence so that your practice is not only effective, but sustainable.

This means we are not chasing extremes.

We are building:

  • Flexibility without collapse

  • Softness without passivity

  • Regulation without bypassing what is real
     

Whether you are brand new to yoga, returning to practice after illness or stress, or seeking a deeper relationship with your body after years of doing everything for everyone else, this work is designed to meet you honestly and move with you gradually.
